Completion of a purchase
Credit card payment or the only form of payment Kids Dreamland Malta accepts for products ordered by you through the Website. Any orders placed by you on this Website constitute a binding offer by you to conclude a purchase with Kids Dreamland Malta. The binding purchase agreement comes into existence only when Kids Dreamland Malta accepts your order on the Website by sending you a confirmation e-mail.
Once dispatched, delivery will be made solely to the address specified during the order. If you are not available for the delivery we will contact you to establish another delivery appointment.
Product availability
Once Kids Dreamland Malta accepts your order, it will attempt to promptly fill the order subject to available inventories. Should an item not be available, we will advise you via email and an online money refund will be effected automatically.

Kids Dreamland Malta attempts to post accurate information, but errors may sometimes occur. Returns on Items purchased from our online shop.
Kids Dreamland Malta is happy to accept back any unwanted items purchased from our online shop providing that the following terms are met:
- Items are returned within 14 days from the purchase date.
- All packaging must be intact so the items are in a re-saleable condition.
- You are able to provide a copy of your receipt.
- A credit note will then be issued.
- Returns must be returned to our shop in Qormi.
Faulty Items
If you had bought an item from any of our Kids Dreamland Malta online shop and it proves to be faulty, please return the faulty item to our Shop to be thoroughly checked.
We reserve the right to check and test the product before accepting it back for a refund or replacement.

The minimum order for delivery is €10
If ordered before 10 am, the order will be delivered the next day.
Delivery is free for orders over €75.
The delivery time frame is between 7 am to 6 pm.
